Louisiana Cooking

Louisiana cooking is very different from much of the USA.  I moved from St. Louis to Louisiana and couldn’t believe my eyes at the feast of food on every corner.  I didn’t recognize anything in the markets.  The meats were totally different, and packaged differently than anything else I had ever seen.  If you’ve never eaten Louisiana cuisine then you have come to the right place.  Here we will share Louisiana cooking lessons, Louisiana recipes, and the stories behind all the fabulous tradition of cooking “Louisiana-style”.
